These Villa's, each with their own private swimming pool , have entrance directly onto the best beach in Pattaya through Grand Condotel's own private beach entrance , accessed with your own key card On leaving beach exit go left for beach activities and In the evening to Jomtiens restaurants, bars and night-life. Also taxi or Baht bus pass all day.
We will give you 2 sets of key card to exit the beach gate entrance. Villa with private swimming pool The main entrance, has 24 hour security and baht bus pass main gates 24 hour a day going to Pattaya's famous Walking Street and shopping Malls.
Location, location , location. 5 MINUTES FROM WALKING STREET . Grand Condo main entrance has 24 hour security and is opposite a very large 24 hour supermarket with biggest choice European food and, everything you need. Also there are dozens of restaurants within a few minutes including Brunos and Pan Pan. Plus baht bus pass main gates 24 hour a day going to Pattaya's famous Walking Street . Teprassit Road is opposite and baht bus will take you to biggest Weekend Market in Pattaya . We have the best location of all.
