We are a 9 room guesthouse, with a bar. Centrally located, our rooms are tastefully furnished, with a boutique hotel style. The rooms are situated on 3 floors, so there are between 1 and 3 flights of stairs. If you have a high or low floor preference please advise at the time of booking, we will try our best, but cannot guarantee to respect your choice. We aim to be in between a guesthouse and a hotel. With two maids for 6 rooms, rooms will be cleaned daily, (unless the "do not disturb" sign is on your door handle).

Just off of Soi Bukhao, we are close to all of Pattaya nightlife and shops. 10 minute walk from Walking Street. There are taxi motorbikes just along the block. We do not have a restaurant, but have Thai and Italian restaurants neighboring us.
