This modern and contemporary villa is the perfect getaway in a peaceful, secured estate near Kamala Beach. Walking distance of the main strip, local shops, spas, restaurants, and bars. There is a parking space at the villa for one car. Please note. Electricity usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, with extra usage charged at 7 baht/kw. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, and turn off lights and the AC when you're not at home. A cleaning service is available at an extra fee on request.
