The space: All three bedrooms are situated on the same level. The master bedroom is spacious and features an en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. The two additional bedrooms also come with their own en-suite bathrooms with showers. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the open-plan living room, creating a comfortable space for dining and relaxing. There are two dining areas available—one indoors and one outdoors overlooking the pool, offering flexibility whether you prefer to dine inside or enjoy meals by the water. The pool area and terrace provide ample space to take a refreshing swim or to sunbath. On the lower level, you will find a laundry room as well as a covered parking area.
