A new build bungalow style house Three bedrooms Two en-suites PLUS a bathroom Two walk in showers One bath with over head shower Lounge seating )TV) area with a bay window Dining room area Large kitchen Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the lounge The property can accommodate 6 adults very comfortably There is a cot for a baby Plus a sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests

Very quiet estate just off the Beaton track slightly but only 15 minutes from Pattaya beach. 20 minutes from Jomtien and only just over an hour from the airport Private gated parking There is a beautiful communal pool This is a private gated estate with a 24 hour security
