A water front house set on 2 acres of land fully surrounded by security wall. Direct access to water front beach.A stunning sunrise beach, the way light dances across the waves is just mesmerizing, nature's true beauty,Indoor shower and toilet and unique outdoor shower at the beach. AC in main bedroom and living area. Minutes away from town of Tha Sala for convenient modern shopping (Tesco Lotus) and local markets. Thirty minutes to Nakhon Si Thammarat and major shopping outlets. Forty minutes to ferry to Koh Samui. Twenty minutes to Nakhon Si Thammarat airport and car rentals. Local golf course.Minutes from Walailak University, Close to Sunanta Water Falls, Sichon- Khanom Road Viewpoint. Beautiful drive to Wat Chedi (Ai Kai). This route has it all, from stunning views to interesting stops, a must - visit for any traveler.

Also there are morning and afternoon local markets and you can get a fresh fruits and vegetables.
