Any damages will be deducted from the deposit and will refund if no damages at all. 3. Unregistered guests may incur extra costs. 4. Quiet hours: Midnight - 7 AM. 5. Pet policy: Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. 6. Lost key fee: Thirty dollars in USD. 7. Forbidden items: No illegal substances, hazardous materials, or flammable items allowed. Possession may lead to eviction without reimbursement. 8. Utilities: Electricity (8 THB/per kw.) not included in rental fee and water is free. Meter readings provided for transparency.
