The ocean view pool villa is in a nice location, close to the ring rd, but it’s private and quiet! The villa has recently been painted inside and out, has a big new western kitchen, with an oven , microwave, gas cooktop and good fridge. The rooms are all large, bright, airy, have modern ceiling fans and aircon. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites. There is a TV room , with Netflix and YouTube,as well as 2 other TV’s , dining area, outdoor furniture and a gas bbq , and washing machine, with all supplies needed. The pool is private and the outside terrace has cool led lighting for a nice atmosphere at nighttime. There is a covered car port and an area for scooters. This villa has no steps at all so it’s easy to walk around. Many people have stayed there and given it the thumbs up. We even have a full restaurant menu in the villa and free delivery of top quality Thai/western food.
I’m an easy going Canadian/Australian and have lived in Lamai for 18 years with Yaya , my wife. She is super organized and a great host, I’m the builder who fixes anything and can help plan tours and activities on samui. We also have our local Thai tour guide that most of our customers use, he’s great! Together we can make sure you have a great holiday on samui! Regards Robert
The villa is a 1 min drive to the ring rd , next to vacant land and has nice views and it’s peaceful, no traffic, no noises. There is a minimart nearby, a pizza place and restaurant within 80 m and it’s close for shopping and a few min to Lamai with all the bars and restaurants. There is a beach restaurant below the villa with a pool that anyone can use.
