I live in Maenam and have a property business here in Samui and pride myself on helping my guests have the best vacation. Absolutely anything you need I'm on what's app as your villa manager and live 5 mins away and happy to help with anything to make your trip more memorable. Any trips you plan to do I will help arrange and do very cheap not charging any commission to my guests.

Situated in a great location in Maenam walking street right behind the Chinese Buddhist temple and just 70 metres to the lovely Maenam Beach this is indeed a rare find. This lovely 2 bedroom both ensuite, 2 storey villa has everything needed for a great holiday vacation. Temple villa offers a lovely modern front living room with 64 inch smart tv, Aircon, fan and lovely furnishings to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Walking through to the open plan kitchen, dining room with downstairs bathroom and shower and sliding patio doors the width of the room to enjoy your own little private oasis including a private kidney shaped swimming pool and small seating area incl canopy to cover pool if it's too hot or even raining. Up the stairs to the second floor are 2 large bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed, Aircon, ceiling fan and small outdoor patio, wardrobes, safe, dressing table. Also a large ensuite bathroom including shower, his and hers sinks and even a jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom also includes king size bed, Aircon, ceiling fan, dressing table and wardrobe, safe & closet and ensuite bathroom, with sink toilet and shower.

Neighbourhood information

Location Location Location, the beautiful beach is just 70 metres walk away, there are many many shops, restaurants, bars, massage shops all within 200 metres in the main Maenam walking street and now across the main road 250 metres from the villa a new daily food and drink market open from 3 pm- 9.30 pm everyday, a great place spend the evening eating and drinking lovely 99 baht cocktails... Please note: electric is charged extra government rate 6 baht per unit, average 100 baht per day.
