A basic traditional Thai wooden building with an outside shower/toilet.. The garden is walled and private. Apparently all 5 elements are present within and around this building. Don't expect too much and you will not be disappointed
I am retired, a rock and roll type of intellectual, easy going with a basic understanding of all things. fundamentally a philosopher at heart, specialising in Mind. l like good hearted and kind spirited people... they make life more enjoyable.
the property is 200 metres from the main road, a concrete road leads to a bridge, after that the road is a dirt track leading to the property entrance. A Thai family live next to this dirt road, they are good people who keep themselves to themselves. I have known them for 20 years, They are good heartd people. without transport accessing the property is awkward,,Koh Phangan does not have a bus service
