The luxury villa "Thara Villa Phuket" is in Baan Thai Surin Gardens is an oasis of comfort, beauty, and harmony on the paradise island of Phuket. This villa has three well-appointed bedrooms with luxuriously designed en-suite bathrooms and a fully equipped western-style kitchen. It has its own private swimming pool and a lovely garden with a sala for relaxation and outdoor dining. It comes fully furnished with contemporary Thai-tropical-style furniture. The internal area of the villa is 450 sq m and has a total area of 770 sq m. There is a large TV in the cozy living room with a sofa and a view of the pool. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils. The villa also has a maid's room with a washing machine and dryer. All three bedrooms have king-size beds and are equipped with air conditioning and fans. In the bedrooms and the living room, there is a smart speaker or smart device so that you can open the lights and AC by voice control. Outside, in a large green garden, there is your private mineral water pool system with a 12x5-meter area. The swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers, a living room with outdoor dining, and a koi fishpond.
