Please make sure you scroll down to see all available room (villa). There are seperate pictures for each villa see in every area of the villa. Thepprasit Cosy & Thepprasit Cosy 2 located in Thepprasit road and has many interesting places nearby that can access by walking. If you like cooking, these 2 villas is perfect for you because there is a Rattanakorn market located in the middle of these villas which you can buy fresh food, vegetables and fruits at ease. Thepprasit Cosy Twin A & B just finished in April. These 2 villas were designed and constructed by me and my small team. Both villas is a modern industrial style which has many activities such a Hammocks and a private sauna were added to the villa for customers to even more enjoyable on their stay.

It includes a private swimming pool on the second floor, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned rooms, and private balconies. The villa also has a snooker table for added entertainment. Usage space: 400 SQM. Location: Thepprasit road Thepprasit Cosy 2: This ground-floor villa offers ample space with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It features a very large living room that includes a full kitchen, TV sitting area, dining table, and snooker table. The open layout allows everyone to enjoy time together, whether cooking, dining, or relaxing. Designed for comfort and convenience, it also has a patio perfect for BBQs, making it an ideal spot for gatherings and creating happy memories. Usage space: 297 SQM. Location: Jomtien 2nd road Thepprasit Cosy Twin A & B: These two interconnected villas feature a modern industrial design and are crafted for ultimate flexibility. By opening the wall in the middle of the swimming pool area, the villas can be combined into one expansive space. Each villa includes 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a swimming pool, an outdoor BBQ area, and a snooker table. They can be rented separately or together, offering a total of 10 bedrooms and private balconies. This setup is perfect for accommodating larger groups while maintaining a sense of togetherness and privacy. Usage space: 326 SQM when separated or 652 SQM when combined.
