Stunning sea view villa, placed in the quiet place surrounded by nature, but near restaurants, shops and bars of famous Chaweng town and Chaweng beach in the best Thai island Koh Samui. Villa has 3 large bedrooms, each with own separate bathroom. Generous living room has sofa, big TV, table and chairs. In the kitchen you will find dishwasher, oven and glass-ceramic hob. Villa has about 140 sgm of inner space. From 2 of the bedrooms and living room you can go directly to the large terrace with private pool. From the terrace and pool you has nice view on the town and sea. Terrace and pool is about 120 sqm big. Villa has big private garden and parking place. Villa has own hybrid solar system, which ensures enough electricity even in case of blackout.
Be welcome with us! My name is Sumintra and I am the co-owner of this villa. The villa itself is named after our daughter Grace. This is a small family business, which is an opportunity for us to provide people in our area with quality services and the possibility of wonderful accommodation on the island of Samui.
Villa is in quiet, safe place, surrounded by nature. But very near to shops and other attractions. Grocery shop (7-eleven), hospital (Bangkok hospital), gasoline station, restaurants - all of them about 800 m from villa only. Beach about 1,5 km.
