The residential area around the villa is very quiet and family-friendly.  It is elevated and seclusive, so it is without any circulation noise at all, nor random walking passages. You will be woken up by birds' chirps and whistles. 
On top of the Hill (100m from the Villa), you can enjoy a magnificent 180° Seaview facing Koh Lon Island.

RATES INCLUDE:
*Villa Cleaning*:
The Villa is cleaned every 4 days, If you need an extra cleaning service than what is offered, it will come with additional charges,
*Pool Cleaning*
The pool service comes 3 times per week ( Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), at around 12 o'clock, and the pool maintenance will take about 15min each time.
*Extra Bed*
All rooms can be re-arranged with two individual beds or an extra bed if needed and at no extra cost.
THE RATES EXCLUDE:
- Electricity fee:
The electricity fee is 7.5 Thai Bath per kWh. A photo from the meter will be taken upon your arrival and at check out.  You can always monitor your consumption by accessing the electricity meter box. The fee must be settled prior to your checkout.
