Discover our magnificent 5 bedroom villa, located in the heights of Bophut. Enjoy the sea view from any room in the villa, or at the edge in the large private swimming pool. The large spaces as well as the high ceilings allow you to enjoy the villa with family or friends. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a magnificent sea view, with a private bathroom offering you maximum privacy. The villa is fully equipped, washing machine, coffee machine, additional linen, flat screen with IPTV.. The large swimming pool will allow you to enjoy beautiful moments with friends or family. You can also relax in the jacuzzi area...

Neighbourhood information

In order to guarantee a serious rental, we will ask you for a deposit when you arrive at the villa. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay deducted from electricity costs. Included in the rental price: - water - HIGH SPEED WiFi -IPTV There is an additional charge - Electricity is charged at 8 THB/kWh We require the collection of passport details of all tenants as per law of immigration requirements, where you will be registered at the TM30 immigration system Please note: If the tenants are failing to leave the villa in a properly kept shape upon check out will result in a deep cleaning fee of THB 3000.
