Sunset No:23 Alaçati is one of the few ground-floor houses in Alaçati. Thanks to its special location, the house is like a real oasis: in the middle of the village and yet far away from noise and hustle and bustle. As soon as you close the door behind you, peace, and idyll reign. All trendy restaurants, cafes, and boutiques are within a few minutes' walking distance. We have placed great emphasis on functional and high-quality furnishings during the renovation.
I spent the first years of my life abroad and grew up in a European culture. I love my country, and that's why I chose tourism as my profession. I love to bring my country closer, be it my time as a tour guide or now as a travel planner. A second passion of mine is cooking, so when I furnished our houses I made sure that guests would also enjoy cooking at home. After booking, I am happy to help you plan your holiday in the best possible way
It is one of the oldest residential areas of Alacati and one of the few alleys where locals still live. The property is adjacent to a ruin of an old Greek church. Unfortunately, it is not in good condition. Numerous shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The famous and very nice weekly market of Alaçati takes place every Saturday. Alaçatı is easily accessible by public transport. Of course, it is more convenient to come by your own vehicle, but not urgently necessary. The public beach of Ilica - a dream of a sandy beach - is 3 km away. Surfing fans will find be in heaven at the surfer's paradise of Alaçati. Also located 3 km from the center. Bike and moped rentals, as well as car rentals, are available in town.
