Belçika ve Türk vatandaşıyım. Eşim Günay ile 1992 yılında Marmaris ziyaretimde tanıştım ve evlendik, 3 çocuğumuz var. Misafirlerle etkileşimi Eşim Günay Arslan sağlayacaktır.

Denize ve günübirlik teknelerin kalktığı Kordon Caddesi, Halk Plajı, Marmaris Kalesi, Barlar Sokağı yakınında, şehrin tam merkezinde, mükemmel konumdadır. Yeni döşenmiş olup inverter klima, 102 cm smart tv, hazır mutfaklı olup; elektrikli seramik ocak, elektrikli fırın, çamaşır makinesi, termosifon, buzdolabı, fön makinesi, duşakabin ve 7/24 sıcak su bulunmaktadır.
