The property is compact and in a quiet district. Its about one hundred steps to Caliş part sandy, part shingle beach where you can relax with your family. At Caliş promenade you may watch glorious sunsets over the bay. Each apartment is fully equipped with many extras to make your holiday a pleasurable one.
I came to Fethiye from Izmir in 2011 - I was asked by a good school chum to manage his properties on Stella Residence. I then managed Stella Classic complex from 2015 and recently opened yet another new Stella project in Foca Mahalle. I enjoy meeting guests from all over the world and many return year on year as found their holiday preferences were met here. I strive to make my guests feel at ease, and I have high standards of cleanliness and customer service. I was raised in the countryside near Letoon historical ruins and Patara Beach. My brother grows tomatoes there. I joined the Turkish Air Force and on retiring came over to Fethiye. I really enjoy cooking nice Turkish food and sourcing organic produce, so in my free time you may find me in the garden, planting flowers or tending to fresh herbs and tomatoes!
Our neighbourhood is fab for a relaxing beach holiday. A 15 minute walk takes you to the Surf Centre where you can windsurf or kitesurf (instruction available). In other direction is the Caliş canal bridge which is a cool meeting point for visitors and you can embark on a water taxi to reach Fethiye city in 30 minutes, or reserve a shared gulet for a pleasure cruise with fellow tourists.
