About this property

Set in the hippest east area of Taipei, Star Hostel Taipei East has transformed from an old residential house to modern Eco-friendly accommodation hosting travellers worldwide. Free WiFi is featured in all areas. Star Hostel Taipei East aims to create a space for travellers to chill while at same time being friendly to the mother earth. It widely applied recyclable materials for the interior, and to be selective with electric devices that are power saving. A spacious outdoor balcony attach to the room is available in certain units. The entire space of the ground floor is designed as a common area for travellers to mingle with new friends, make dishes or simply to enjoy its vibe. MRT Zhongxiao Dunhua Station is just around the corner. It is 3 stops away from Taipei Main Station and 2 stops away from MRT Taipei City Hall Station. From Taipei City Hall, guests can easily walk to Taipei 101 within 10 minutes. Situated in a heaven for night owls and foodies, the hostel is neighboured with various local shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and 24-hour bookshops.
