This is a cozy closed-type villa for people who really love a secluded holiday. Great for both short-term holidays and long-term with family&friends.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the village of Fukuchani, which is 20 minutes of transport from Nungwi and one hour from Airport Zanzibar. You have access to beach. Just 5 minutes from the Indian Ocean. Here you will not find many people when you decide to sunbathe. The beach is also great for snorkeling.
