Property information

We offer our guests a cozy two-room apartment in a high-quality new building, on the 3rd floor, renovated in light colors. The main highlight of this room is autonomous heating (own boiler) and underfloor heating. The apartment has everything you need for a full stay and relaxation: washing machine, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, other small appliances; folding couch and double bed (2 + 2 sleeping places), bedding, towels; cable TV, high-speed internet Wi-Fi. Spacious glazed loggia. There are large modern playgrounds in the yard.

Neighbourhood information

The area in which these apartments are located is one of the most popular in the city of Rivne. This is the area of the old bus station. Near a school, kindergartens, clinic "Beybidok", market "Andreevsky", bus station, supermarkets "Silpo", "Torba", "From and Do", shops, hairdressers, pharmacies, bank branches, "New Mail" and much more.
