Сдам отличную и уютную студию посуточно. Расположена в историческом центре Одессы в 2х минутах ходьбы от улицы Дерибасовская. Совершенно новый дом расположен на улице Пушкинская 23 с круглосуточной охраной и видеонаблюдением. Окна выходят на тихий двор с одесским колоритом. В шаговой доступности расположены супермаркет, кафе, ресторан, больница, салон красоты, кинотеатр, фитнесцентр, рынок и парк Шевченко. Квартира полностью меблирована. Есть все для комфортного проживания- пластиковые окна с шумоизоляциенй, удобное спальное место, шкаф-купе, стиральная машина, smart- телевизор, микроволновая печь, бесплатный Wi-Fi, холодильник, электрочайник и посуда. В стоимость включены-спальное белье, туалетные принадлежности, полотенца. Квартира подойдет как для семейного отдыха ,так и для пребывающих в командировке.
