Cozy and clean apartments in a new house. Fresh design . Everything is the most thoughtful and functional. Stunning views of the city from the 25th floor will not leave anyone indifferent. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: from a full kitchen to a spoon for shoes)
We will be glad to welcome you in our cozy apartments in a new house. It is really important for us that our guests feel at home and not worry about life.
The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the Lukyanivska metro station and the Artem plant. There are public transport stops near the house, thanks to which you can quickly get to downtown. There is a mini-market, a coffee shop, a beauty salon, and a dentist in the premises. The windows in the building and some rooms were partially damaged by the shock wave as a result of the rocket attack. Restoration work is underway.
