The apartment is located in the heart of Odessa. All monuments of architecture and art are within walking distance. house in the style of constructivism, is a feature for Odessa. Interestingly, the balcony of the apartment overlooks the famous city garden, Deribasovskaya, Langeronovskaya and Katerininskaya streets. The Opera House, museums, restaurants, cafes and pubs are 150 meters from the house. The port and parks are also nearby. The apartment has a classic bathroom, heating both city and air conditioning, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, free Wi-Fi around the clock.
