Property information

A modern and stylish house is located in the very center of the gated community Sauvignon-1, within walking distance to one of the best beach complexes in Odessa, the Boro-Boro complex. Previously, the house did not give up, the furniture and interior are in perfect condition! On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a kitchen-studio with all necessary appliances and utensils, a bathroom with a sauna, exit to the garage and exit to the courtyard. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom. On the second floor there are three large bedrooms and a balcony. In the courtyard there is a pool with sun loungers and other summer furniture, as well as a barbecue area and tandoor.

Neighbourhood information

Given that it is one of the most elite areas of Odessa, the whole territory is under round-the-clock video surveillance and three security lines. In other words, you can never worry, but enjoy a vacation by the sea))) Five minutes walk there are two clean sandy beaches that are cleaned daily. In view of the fact that they are beaches intended only for residents of the Sovinyon residential complex, they are calm and not crowded. A very important factor for the purity of sea water is the absence of a breakwater, which allows the water to circulate and not stagnate, unlike most Odessa beaches. Also nearby is the famous Boro-Boro beach complex with swimming pools and restaurants.
