We offer modern, furnished apartments for rent, with European design, and a full list of services. You can rent any apartment of your choice without having to pay any commissions. Our quality apartments cost less than half of the price asked at any expensive hotel. Besides, an apartment is an ideal place for leisure where homelike atmosphere creates comfort and a feeling of independence. Each of our apartments has its own bathroom and kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances (iron, along with an ironing board, hairdryer, fresh towels and bed sheets), (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker/cattle, toaster, and silverware),TV, a phone, and a free Wi-Fi Intefnet in each apartment. If you check in after 6:00 p.m., please provide a copy of your identification document in advance online.

Neighbourhood information

Podil is nearest to the city's center district. There are a lot of attractions there: Frolivsky Convent, National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, House of Ivan Mazepa, House of Peter the Great, Fountain of Samson,Zamkova Hora hill., Gostynnyi Dvir The Kyiv Funicular serves passenger traffic between Podil and the city's historic Uppertown neighborhood, today it is mostly used by tourists. Also, there is a Kyiv River Port where you can arrange a peasure boat voyage via Dniepro river.
