Level 24 - Sea & Sky View Apartment. The apartment offers an open-air terrace with amazing panarama of Black Sea where you can enjoy morning coffee or wine in the evening. There is no better place to have a stunning view over the Black Sea in Odesa! Our apartment is a perfect spot for leisure and relaxation as is provides magnificent panoramas of the Black Sea and it is located in the Arcadia area in Odesa, which offers lots of restaurants, night clubs and beaches. Book ahead to guarantee the best location in Odesa!
