The number of people, including children, present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.
A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 16. No Over Occupancy.
Please note that the reservation will be canceled if the number of guests exceeds the total occupancy allowed.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Registration is required by the county to be completed at our local office. Registered guests must be present and present valid ID.
