Property information

A lovely space to unwind and relax. This idyllic apartment is in one of the most top rated condos in the area with direct access to the beach, heated pool, café, parking garage, gym and tropical picturesque grounds. Wake up and refresh yourself in the ocean, as you’ll be right on the beach. You'll experience a full beach Caribbean style vacation with access to the best attractions that Miami has to offer. This apartment has a great partial view of the ocean and pool area from the balcony. The apartment itself is located on the 5th floor, has a balcony with a partial close view to the ocean and pool area. It has: - king-sized bed in the bedroom, - big comfortable sleeper sofa good for 2 adults in the living room - adult cot bed and air mattress for additional sleeping occupancy - 55”TV - natural plants - large dining table - beach umbrella &chairs - beach kids' paddle boards, toys, kids' scooter and stroller - stable wifi with a bandwidth around 150 Mbps - all required kitchen appliances , tableware and utensils for long stays If you have 0-3 y.o. child there is a sturdy crib. You will have a full bathroom with a shower with supplies like hair dryer, towels, hand soap, body wash and rolls of paper.

Neighbourhood information

Tides Condo is the best in South Hollywood beach. Wallmart is just 10 minutes walk. Just a 20 min drive from the FLL airport, 30 min drive to Miami Beach and close to the boardwalk area with plenty of restaurants and cafes. This is a comfortable and a spectacular condominium. Consisting of 2 towers, whereby ours is the north one (3801) and it’s better due to the direct beach access just 50 steps from the elevator and café-minimarket. The territory has 24 hour security, has many palm trees and a well-maintained lawn and garden. The experience is like a tropical Caribbean getaway. There is a gym on the first floor and a spacious parking garage outside. Please request in advance if you are interested in a parking lot
