Resided in Waikiki Banyan condominium with 24-hour security, the condo offers the following characteristics that are extremely RARE in Waikiki: </p> *A PRIVATE patio with over 1000 sqft & partial ocean view. *FREE on-site parking for 1 vehicle (fifty dollars daily saving. Max 6ft vehicle height). *In-unit Washer & Dryer (with provided detergent, RARE in Waikiki). *Fully stocked kitchen (with various seasonings). *Free Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, surfboards and snorkel gears. *2 Samsung Smart TVs (75'' & 50''). *Pullout Sofa Sleeper with added mattress topper for enhanced comfort. *Free Fast WiFi (400 Mbps speed). *New kitchen, new cabinets, fridge & dishwasher. *2 Queen size beds with plush memory foam mattress. *Extremely Large private patio (RARE, enjoy your morning coffee, sunbathing, and stargazing) *Start-up Supplies: cooking ingredients, coffee pods, tea bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels or tissues, toilet paper, basic cleaning supplies, and shampoo bodywash conditioner and hand soap.
