Rosen Vacations is a technology driven management agency, managing luxury and executive level residences across Florida and other high potential vacation markets. Growing out of a small portfolio of investment properties owned by Rosen Vacations, the agency now manages a portfolio of approximately 100 properties.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in. Please note the primary guest must stay in the unit for the duration of the reservation.
After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company electronically. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
