Upon entering, you’ll be captivated by the craftsmanship and materials that exude “quality” throughout, all-the-while being bathed in air-conditioned comfort! The first floor provides an open and airy feeling within the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Features include a comfy couch for lounging, a flat screen monitor for viewing, a unique and rustic dining table with seating for six, a carefully thought-out L-shaped kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space plus upscale appliances, (including a dishwasher) an island prep station/breakfast bar with seating for four, and a strategically placed ½-bath. Ascending the stairwell to the top floor reveals one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and ample storage, followed by a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and ample storage, 1-full bath, (tub/shower combo) and a laundry cubby with a full-sized stack washer and dryer. There’s also a larger third (main) bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, ample storage, and a very nice ¾-bath ensuite.
