I am a full time Civil Engineer licensed in several states in the US and Canada. I do short-term rental part time and have a lot of fun doing so. I spend too much time playing soccer, tennis or watching documentaries. I any very skilled with CAD though that is part of my job as an engineer, but I have a lot of fun doing this as well.
