This pristine Beachwood unit is perfect for a family get-away. Just steps away from the beach make this a perfect location! On the main level, you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. All new stainless steel appliances and an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Living room opens up to a patio where we are sure you will enjoy your morning coffee or an outdoor dinner. There is also a half bath downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King and an in-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen with an in-suite bathroom and there are 2 Twins in the 3rd bedroom, which also has an in-suite bathroom. Aside from the beach access being directly across the street, you have 2 pools to enjoy on this property. Along with many other amenities, you have access to rent golf carts, bicycles and you will find walking trails throughout. This unit is sure to please for your family getaway. This unit is about a 3 minute walk to The Omni Hotel. Call for great monthly snowbird pricing! Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
