Enjoy a new (2022 build) and clean 1,556 square foot townhouse. Peaceful neighborhood, safe (ADT Security), free parking (2 vehicles), fully stocked and equipped kitchen, 1 gb high speed internet, 3 smart TVs, barbecue grill, water filter (alkaline remineralization-clean/pure/healthy drinking water) and TrueAir filter. Features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, walk in closet, washer & dryer, stove/oven/microwave oven, and dishwasher. Only 13 minutes drive to stone mountain park, & seaquest aquarium.
