My background in general Construction was my diving board into Property Management. Currently I manage approximately 60 doors in both New York State and North Carolina with the help of my family. I strive to give my guests the same experience that I would expect while staying for my own travels.

This spacious 2-bedroom apartment offers a modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, smart TV, FREE wifi and off-street parking! Fresh towels, sheets, blankets and bathroom & kitchen supplies are provided. The apartment is professionally cleaned between all visits. Other amenities included are an iron + board, vacuum, hair dryer, and a coffee maker so you can start your day right! The Smart TV allows guests to access their streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. Pets are welcome to stay but there is are additional cleaning fees. Please let us know what type of pet you will be bringing when booking and we can add fee to the cost of the stay. The apartment is not baby proofed and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Located about two miles northwest of Uptown Charlotte, Seversville is a scenic suburb brimming with historic charm. The neighborhood is predominantly residential, and Seversville locals enjoy a strong sense of community. Vibrant murals adorn rustic brick buildings throughout the neighborhood, exuding an artistic atmosphere. Residents engage in outdoor recreation at Seversville Park as well as the nearby Martin Luther King Park and Frazier Park. Johnson C. Smith University and Johnson and Wales University Charlotte are both just outside the neighborhood’s borders, affording numerous students, faculty, and staff easy commutes. All that Uptown Charlotte has to offer is also within close reach, from the Bank of America Stadium to a host of world-class museums.
