Enjoy the perks of a private home just minutes from Downtown Denver! Note this listing is for the main level of our two-story home, the downstairs will be unoccupied and inaccessible. Guests have exclusive access to the patio and backyard area but the rear kitchen door leading to it and the downstairs will be locked. To access the backyard, guests can simply walk out the front door, go around the outside of the garage, and enter. Then you enjoy - there are no shared spaces or areas whatsoever!

Arvada is a diverse and relatively quiet residential neighborhood located within minutes of Downtown Denver and many area attractions including all the major sports arenas (Ball Arena, Mile High Stadium). Arvada has many nice parks, open spaces with views, and hiking/biking trails nearby. Olde Town Arvada is only a few minutes away and has several restaurants, bars, and areas to explore. There is abundant free street parking all around the house and side streets. Most travelers rent cars or use rideshare services to get around; if you are comfortable, you can use the commuter rail (RTD) to get around as well. There are several stores and supermarkets within minutes of the home, and many food delivery options exist through DoorDash and Uber Eats.
