I provide contact information for myself as well as my maintenance man and housekeeper so that my valued guests have someone to reach out to should any questions arise during their visit.

This is a beautiful large efficiency with 2 queen beds in a large bedroom and a full bed in the den. There is central heating and central air. There is a High-Definition Television Flat screen in the sitting area. FREE wireless internet is available. There is an ironing board, an iron, umbrella, shopping cart for your groceries, hair dryers, toiletries, dishware, silverware, other accessories. The home includes a kitchen, a sitting room, a large dresser, two large wardrobe closets, a safe, a nightstand and a full tub and shower. The METRO also takes you to Maryland and Virginia. The home is tastefully decorated with high quality linen, cozy lamps and overhead recess lights.

Neighbourhood information

This apartment home is conveniently located on a residential street and within a 2 minute walk to the 'Columbia Heights' Metro (train system). I encourage travel by bus, train, taxi, bike or by walking. METRO is highly encouraged because it is only a two to five minutes walk away from the home. Further, the Metro takes you directly to The Mall, The White House, The Kennedy Center, the Spy Museum, The Washington Monument, The Smithsonian, The National Portrait Gallery, The Newseum and many other places.
