This in an exquisitely furnished and decorated 3-bedroom condo in the heart of the city, just across from everything. It's just 3.5 blocks from the Salt Palace Convention Center, and within walking distance of many downtown attractions.  It's located on corner of the ground floor of the building and there is a small fenced-in private patio with outdoor furniture.  It has granite countertops, hardwood floors, brand new high-end furniture (not particle board!)  The living room has an open-air floor plan and it has a large 55" smart TV that comes ready for you to log into all of your favorite streaming services. The condo complex is located 3.5 blocks away from the Salt Palace Convention Center and has a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, a 24-hour gym with free weights and cardio equipment, a convenience store, and a coffee shop. It comes with one free assigned parking space and unlimited free parking on the street.  No cats allowed. Dogs require a small fee. When staying in a downtown environment, safety is key and we have you covered: We have 24-hour security guards that roam the premises, which is fully-gated.  We own several other condos in this same complex, so if you're looking for more space, we can rent more than one of them to you.  All linens and towels are included. This is a gated community with high-security entrances and gates.  We own another several other condos in this same complex, so if you're looking for more space, we can rent more than one of them to you.  All linens and towels are included.  We have four total condo units in this condo complex, so let us know if you need more than just this one. WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee which is clearly listed on Booking. Dogs are welcome, NO CATS ALLOWED, any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. Conventions rates & holidays will override the standard rates shown, even if the convention dates change. Some convention dates are not input yet, and will apply regardless of reservations and inquiries made.
