Beach Meadows is a two story cottage on raised pilings close to West Cape May restaurants, shopping, 4 blocks to the beach, and close enough to walk to town. The property features an enclosed front porch which leads to an open porch. On the first level you will find a cozy living room leading to a large eat-in modern kitchen with dining set. The back room leads to a spacious screened porch where you can relax and watch the children play in the back yard on the wooden fort provided. An outside deck for grilling can be found off the screened porch. Adjacent to the house is a fenced in pool area. Pool is solar cover heated. Inside, a full bath with stall shower leads to the first bedroom with a queen size bed, and bath can be closed off to create a master bedroom for privacy. Another full bath is provided on the 1st floor with a standard tub/shower and then a second bright bedroom can be found with two twin beds. The 2nd floor offers a spacious living room and a large open deck is off the 2nd floor living room overlooking the back yard and connects to the protected Nature Conservancy area. Bedroom 3 has a game room feel with a single daybed and TV. Bedroom 4 offers a king size bed. A full bath is provided on the 2nd floor with standard tub/shower. Bedroom 5 has a double bed in a sunny room with a surfer motif. USD 350 Owner Expense Fee for all reservations **Pool open mid-May to mid-October weather permitting**
