This beach themed one bedroom, one bath vacation home is one of three units in a triplex. Located at the top of Sumner Avenue, you enter this first floor property through the last door on the left side of the building. There are zero steps to the outside entrance. Upon entering you will find an open concept living space offering a a fold down table (with four folding chairs in the closet), a modern kitchen with all the amenities, and a 39-inch flat panel TV (DirectTV). Walk down the hallway and you will find the full bath with tub/shower, an inset with stacked washer/dryer, and the spacious bedroom with a queen bed and TV. After exploring all there is to do in Avalon, you will enjoy returning home to this comfortably cozy, well decorated vacation home. 359SC
