Have fun with friends/family at this new place. It’s a top floor condo with great mountains views! Built in 2021. Near Logan Canyon and Providence Canyon where, depending on the season, you can enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, etc. Also located within 10 mins from Utah State University, 35 mins from Crystal Hot Springs, 45 mins from Beaver Mountain Ski Area, 1 hour from Bear Lake, 80 mins from Salt Lake City, and 90 mins from Lava Hot Springs!
