My wife Johanna & I are moving about 20 minutes away to be closer to family. This has been our home since 2018 and has blessed us with many memories. Hopefully, your family will be blessed too! The location has quick access to Katy, the Energy Corridor, and Houston via I-10, and is situated between I-99/Grand Parkway, Beltway 8, and Highway 6. It's a perfect place to stay for a relaxing getaway, visiting for business, or if visiting someone in the many nearby hospitals. Nest camera incorporated into doorbell and in front yard and in parking area by garage.
Doug is originally from Gerry, New York, then lived in Jacksonville, North Carolina, for 14 years, and has lived in Houston, Texas area since 2012. Johanna was born in Bogota, Colombia, moved to Houston at 2 years old, ended up moving to New York City as an adult for a few years, then moved back to Houston in 2015. We met in Houston in 2015 and got married in 2016, had Ezekiel in 2018, and Eliza in 2019.
It's one of the older neighborhoods in Katy with lots of fully grown trees. Many stores within walking distance or a very short drive. We have a lot of parking in front of the house and behind (in the alleyway). 3 dedicated spots in the back and lots of street parking in the cul-de-sac and in the alleyway in back.
