There are kayaks availible for guests to use on the many lakes and rivers in the area.

Property information

Centrally located on 40 acres of woods a short drive away from many attractions - Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Frankfort, Crystal Lake, and Crystal Mountain. Grocery Stores, restaurants and a variety of stores and shops are just 3 miles away. The house is 1500 sq. ft with a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and bath tubs. There is a finished basement with large screen TV and surround sound. There are several trails through the woods. - NO PETS

Neighbourhood information

We live in a beautiful Maple/Beech woods. You will have the whole house to yourself and use of the 40 acres. There are a few other rentals on this property. Please note-- This is not meant to be a party house. Quiet time is in effect at midnight. You are welcome to use the hot tub after midnight, but you must do so showing care for others who may be staying at the property. There is very little public transportation in the area. You will need to drive most everywhere.
