Welcome to Vineyard Point!!! Our home faces southwest with breathtaking views over Long Island Sound. Spectacular sunsets are common. Come and enjoy private beach and tennis court access. Our 4 bed 2 1/2 bath home is comfortable and casual and has an outdoor dining table, grill and fire pit as well as Adirondack chairs facing the water. We also have two SUP’s and two kayaks. Please come and enjoy our beachfront home. Please note that we currently have two bedrooms (King & Queen) with air conditioning. We also have three Nest floodlight cameras on the outside of our home. One faces over the driveway. The other two face the water. Sound recording has been disabled on all cameras for guest privacy.

We are always available by phone and occasionally in person. We are happy to respond to anything that will make our guests more comfortable and have an enjoyable visit.

Our home is set in Vineyard Point out on a peninsula of summer homes. The neighborhood is very quiet with stunning views of Long Island Sound, private beaches with a private tennis court. Parking is limited to 3 cars. The driveway only holds 2 cars, but a 3rd car can be parked on the grass to the right of the driveway.
