Host Information

The house is a recent purchase and has had several recent improvements including new floors, counters, an outdoor shower, a pool table, a fresh paint job, and a brand new full bathroom in the basement! Falmouth is a beautiful beach town and famous for its several places to soak up the sun! The house is only 2 miles away from Menauhant Beach, Surf Side and only 15 min to the famous Old Silver Beach. Passes to park at these beaches are available online or at the Falmouth Town Hall. You are also only 4 miles away from Mashpee Commons! Our home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an outdoor shower, and a large living room with a 65” smart TV and kitchen/sitting area. The garage can be used to play games and has a pool table. We have an outdoor shower, patio set and a brand-new Weber Grill! There is also a washer and dryer in the basement. It's a great place to spend time with friendly or friends, whether you're on the beach or playing pool!
