Beautiful brick home, perfect for families seeking to enjoy all the wonderful attractions Pensacola, Perdido Key, and Gulf Shores have to offer. Great Gulf fishing with many places and tours nearby. Just a mile East is the Lillian Fishing Pier right next to the Perdido Bay boat ramp. See the famous Orange Beach Wharf, OWA, FloraBama, Lamberts 'Throwed Rolls' cafe, the IMAX Navy museum, beaches, shopping, Tanger Outlet, and much more. NO SMOKING, Pet fee. (Garage is the owner's storage)
I am usually not in town and my professional manager will take care of all your needs.
Quiet suburban/country subdivision. Less than 1 mile from the Lillian Boat ramp, Dollar store, gas stations, US Post Office (please don't use mailbox on premises)
