This adorable single-story home will become one of your favorite Hatteras Island getaway spots. Canal front but tucked away behind the Koru campus, you can enjoy all the perks of the island while still feeling a bit remote. Just across the highway, you will find public access to the Avon pier and miles of beach. Also within walking distance and a short drive are several restaurants, shops, and additional amenities the village has to offer. Drive further and explore all the wonderful villages of the island and beyond, such as Ocracoke and the aquarium in Manteo, just to name a few. Inside the home, you will find two lovely screened porches for your convenience and comfort. You will enjoy sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail in a mosquito-free environment. There is also a dining set on the front porch for those al fresco meals. Everything you need is provided in the fully equipped kitchen, including a dining table. Gather around the living room and play games or watch a favorite movie. Outside you will find plenty of space for fun and games, a fish-cleaning table, and an outdoor shower to help keep your bed sheets sand-free. Sleeping options include three comfortable bedrooms with new mattresses for the 2024 season and additional conveniences like TVs and ceiling fans. THINGS TO KNOW There is a life flight helipad behind the home that is utilized for emergency events approximately 4 times per year.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
