With beautiful mountain views throughout, this spacious East Vail duplex is the perfect Colorado getaway. The property was completely updated in the Spring of 2022 including brand new appliances and furniture! This 5 bedroom home can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, walk-in closet, dual vanity bathroom, jetted tub, and separate shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds (which are convertible to a king upon request). There are 2 portable air conditioners, one in each of the upstairs bedrooms. Wood floors are heated throughout for those cold winter nights. The lower-level family room has plenty of games for the kids, a Smart TV and direct access to the outdoor private hot tub. This level also hosts two additional bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other has two twin beds. This home is ideally located right next to the town of Vail bus stop and just a few minutes away from Vail Village. Easy access to great bike trails including Vail Pass, hiking, tennis, pickleball, and golf. There is also an oversized 2 car garage that allows for ample room for you to store your skis, bikes, and gear. East Vail Getaway is the perfect home to gather in a quiet environment with excellent access to all the Vail Valley has to offer. Long term stays welcome! Bedroom/Bathroom Layout: Lower Floor: Bedroom 1 with King bed shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds. There is a secondary living room and access to the hot tub on this floor. Main Floor: Living, dining and kitchen Upper Floor: Primary Bedroom 3 with 1 King bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 5 with 2 twin beds.
