Quiet residential neighborhood just 2.5 miles to the Emerald Isle bridge and shopping, and just "5 miles to the Atlantic Ocean" & beach at the Western end public parking lot in Emerald Isle. Paid beach parking via kiosk during season, mid April through mid-September. Hourly and or daily rate. Bogue fishing pier (privately owned, but open to the public for a fee in the center of Emerald Isle. Farthest parking lot from the apartment is the Eastern end public beach lot, and it also has paid parking but is less crowded during the peak of summer. Lots of tourist information, brochures, flyers, and magazines on the coffee table for your planning enjoyment.
